Community Manager

Our team management approach allows the Community Manager to focus primarily on meetings and contract management. You will facilitate and attend all community meetings and implement the decisions of the board of directors. You will work closely with the communities’ vendors and handle scoping and bidding all projects. Our proprietary software was built to keep your portfolio organized and on track. We pay for CAI and other industry related designations, education, and events, so you’ll always be up to speed on best practices and laws governing the industry.
 

Assistant Community Manager

Our team management approach allows the Assistant Community Manager to principally focus on deed restrictions and exterior modifications. You will visit each community in your portfolio monthly to document violations and will handle all aspects of the architectural change process. You will also serve as the primary contact for residents in your communities, providing 5-star customer service at each interaction in person, over the phone, and by email. Our custom computer systems were designed to ensure you never miss a deadline. 
 

Community Accountant

As Community Accountant, you are responsible for financial management of a portfolio of community associations. You will perform Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions and prepare monthly financial reports using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will play an active role in the assessment collection process including calls from owners to discuss past due accounts. You will also assist in the budget development process.
 

Drive Assistant

As Drive Assistant, you will provide clerical and administrative support throughout the office. Most of your day will be spent doing data entry on a laptop while riding as a passenger in a moving vehicle. Your time in the office will consist of generating letters, scanning documents, assisting in the mailroom, and distributing access devices.
