The Homeowner Portal, designed with the homeowner on-the-go in mind, provides easy account access to check balances, make payments, and see reported deed restriction violations. Homeowners can also submit exterior modification requests, amenity access requests, and service requests. Through integration with the bank lockbox, all payments made through the website are deposited into the Association’s account and applied to the homeowner’s account the next business day.

The Board Portal improves productivity and efficiency by maintaining everything you need in one organized, relevant location. All community documents are stored in searchable format for ease of use. Find current and historical financial data, deed restriction information, contracts, and homeowner records. Our Board Decision Assistant eliminates the need for back and forth of emails by recording all documentation and votes within the application and entering them directly into the Association’s books and records.

Transparent and Secure Management

The Homeowner and Board Portals are fully integrated with our proprietary task management system so that tasks are automatically created for staff based on requests submitted by homeowners and board members. 

The Crest application was designed to provide transparency to board members. We are a paperless company and we maintain the association’s books and records in an electronic filing system customized to the association’s record retention policy. This electronic filing system is fully visible in the Board Portal.  

We are committed to providing a safe internet experience for all users. All Crest applications have an extended validation SSL Certificate from Norton Security, the strongest encryption certificate available. Data is stored in a secure location and is backed up in multiple locations. We maintain top of the line anti-virus software on all of work centers and continually educate our staff on internet safety.
