Architectural Control Committee (ACC) – Volunteers Needed!!
Cypress Landing Park CAI needs volunteers to review Exterior Modification Requests (EMR’s). These are the applications that are submitted when a homeowner wants to modify the outside of their home. You will need to be familiar with the community’s governing documents, and review applications to ensure they follow the community guidelines. You also must have computer access, as all applications are reviewed digitally. If you are interested, please email our Community Manager, Kelley, at kelleyw@crest-management.com with your name, address, and why you feel you will be a good fit to serve on the ACC.
