Dear Waterside Estate Homeowners –
Due to technical difficulties, We are going to have to cancel tonight's Annual Meeting. Per the governing documents, a notice of the annual meeting must be sent out 10 days prior to the meeting with the location/call-in information provided. The call-in information that was sent to all of the homeowners was for an invalid meeting number.
We did reach out to the association's attorney and they advised us that the meeting will have to be rescheduled for a later date.
We are working on a new date and we will send out a new notice (via mail as well as e-blast) once we have it available.
