Dear Homeowners -
We have received many inquiries about the current state of the association's landscaping. Currently, we are in between landscaping companies as the prior company underbid our community and was not able to keep up, and walked from the contract without notice.
The Board has been working hard to obtain multiple bids for the contract, but since the landscape contract is the largest contract for the community, this is not something that can be rushed. We do have another contractor filling in, but we are trying to get a new contract in place.
We want to thank you for your patience and understanding while we work through this and review the incoming bids for our beautiful community.
